Before calling New Concept Auto Service, I spiked to various auto shops. Each of them was overpriced, booked, and couldn't give me a straight answer. When I called New Concept Auto Service on the same day, I spoke with Bill. Bill listened to my concerns about a a car that I just purchased, and he provided excellent customer service and told me to bring my car right in. YESS! I was so relieved. He offered to have a mechanic ride with me to address my concerns. He was patient, knowledgeable and honest. I left my car there and I received a courtesy ride back home. Bill also told me if all the courtesy cars were gone, he would pay for an Uber to take me where I needed to go. Awesome. Thoughtful. There were at least 11 things wrong with the car, and I received a thorough report with recommendations. Bill suggested that I take it back to the mechanic who told me things were fine. He wanted to save me money. I requested an estimate from New Concept Auto Service to complete the job. If I have to pay for any repairs, I will go with New Concept Auto Service and the excellent service and fair pricing.
