Paul and his team are the most honest and upfront people I have ever met when it has come to dealing with a vehicle. No matter how hard I kept pushing to try something else, Paul continued to tell me that I should not invest any more money into my daughter’s car, that we needed to get rid of it as soon as possible. It had way too many problems that were too costly for a car that age with that many miles. I felt like he was treating us as if this was his daughter’s car and he was making the decision for her. The entire staff are very kind, work well together, and have fun joking around. Most of them are related to each other in some way as Nancy described to me, so it is truly a family run business and once you go there, you become part of the family. Intermittent Starting Problem on my Ford F-150 so l took it in for diagnostic to see if they could resolve. Nancy the receptionist was attentive listening and noting the symptoms. At one point, she left and brought back her master mechanic to discuss before I left. I was giving a fair estimate for the diagnostic work and they agreed to call with a parts/labor estimate once they found the problem. It took them one day to repair. When I returned for my truck it was repaired as promised, no surprises, and has started 100’s of times since. I’m pleased as a new customer Professional service!! Thanks

I loved the service, front desk lady got me in soon, she showed concern for me not having my heater working on my car. She called me by first name , I liked it . She called me promptly when my car was.done and she was overall super nice and professional. Trustworthy, she left my key inside my locked car so I could get it after hours with my spare. She also left me my invoice and a sweet note!! Fast service and my heater works!! She also explained what was wrong with it.
