This is a follow-up to a previous review, so I'll keep it short . I was unhappy with the cost of a front wheel-bearing job that was done on 2010 Toyota Camry. The work was fine, but the tech ran into complications, and the cost ended nearly double what was quoted. After reading my original review, owner Paul Rupp called and asked if they could look over the work to make sure it was done right, and he also reimbursed me back to the original quote for the job. I must say it was good to meet a small business owner who values his word more than a short term profit. Thanks Paul, for making it right!

Had a tire that kept losing air. Called and was able to get in same day. They found a screw in the tire so they were able to patch it. Have been going to New Concept Auto for many years and have always been pleased with their honesty and integrity.

Having recently relocated to Kansas from Florida, one of my biggest concerns was realized when a large chunk of ice caused damage to the undercarriage of my car. Without contacts in the area, I relied on RepairPal's directory as well as online reviews, and I am so glad I had my vehicle towed to New Concept. Nancy was friendly and kind, and New Concept was able to get my vehicle diagnosed, fixed and back on the road in 48 hours. This occurred during a week that was sandwiched between two significant weather events here in Kansas City, when most shops in the area were experiencing both an increase in volume and in some cases a lack of power, internet, and/or phone service. Nancy also followed up a week after the car was home, just to make sure everything was running smoothly. I am so grateful to New Concept - both for their professionalism and for the quality of service they provided at a fair price. It's not the closest shop to my house, but I will absolutely drive the extra couple miles the next time my car needs service.
