Paul Rupp and his team have always treated us right! We have known Paul and went to his shop for many of our cars and will continue to work with him. Thank you very much for helping our son Patrick recently with his car issues, our Daughter Allison, and everything else you have done for us in the past! We love Paul and always wish him and his shop the best of everything!

After having new coilovers installed on my 2006 cobaltss the adjustment didn't seem quite right, returned to my preferred garage for a fix it still wasn't right and wore out my new front tires so I took it to 3 other shops and still incorrect. Decided to check out some new options for repairs when I was told about New Concept. Was given a great quote for the work and dropped off the car. Got my car back earlier than expected and Wow,the car drove out fantastic. After 4 bad garages this will definitely my choice for any future service. Nancy was so helpful and friendly and I suggest that anyone wanting quality work at an affordable price should check out this shop for any Automotive repairs. I will be sending all my friends and family there.

New Concepts has always taken care of Sally's beloved Lola Corolla, and giving her a new muffler (after 17 years!) quieted her down (the car, that is), and will give Sally years more good service with her classic stick shift auto. Thanks again!

I highly recommend New Concept Auto Service because of their quality craftsmanship, quality replacement parts, efficient repair service, and excellent customer service from all there, from the owners of this family-run business to all staff members. My car runs very well as a result of the quality maintenance service I have received from them. I trust them to do a good job! And they always have done so!

These guys are good. They are very, very detailed, which doesn’t always equate to the cheapest, and that’s a good thing. They care about your car and your safety. They’ve looked over cars I was going to buy before, and one time saved me 34 thousand dollars by telling me a car has been under water before. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

No one likes to spend money on fixing their cars. However, if you have to, I would recommend New concept Auto. We have taken three vehicles in during the past year and have been very happy with the results. On one occasion we took in a vehicle prior to taking a family trip and I felt very safe driving the car across the United States. I have confidence in the work from the mechanics and I appreciate the line item quote I receive prior to any work being completed. They are very transparent. They will definitely see us again!

For some reason i had made an error about my auto! i did not need repair just some fluid. New Concept corrected my error at no charge.
