I was referred to New Concept through my Dad. We've been using their services for maybe 5 years, possibly more, but can't be much less. Toyota, Subaru, VW, Mazda, Ford, Nissan, Chevy, etc... These guys know their stuff. I was looking for a car for my mother-in-law, since my son totaled hers. I was looking at Subarus. Phil is the Subaru guy. He helped me out in my search for the right car for my mom-in-law. It's got to be safe, and reliable. Phil told me some important questions to ask, to make sure the right work was done when it was supposed to be done.(integrity) They also gave it a thorough inspection from bumper to bumper for $135. I'm a truck driver for a local non-profit, and my wife works retail, I thought it was well worth it. Turns out, it was a great deal. I ended up getting a great price for the Subaru, and my son and I are out of the doghouse! She absolutely loves the car! You know when you get work done on your car, they disconnect the battery cable, and you lose all your presets. Man, that's annoying. These guys have something they use that saves the presets and you don't have to hassle with re-setting them. They also know how to troubleshoot, properly, in my mind. They will try the most cost effective way of fixing the problem, and work their way up from there. They print out a list of suggestions/necessities with a timeline for when you should think about having the particular item fixed, for safety reasons. I have not seen such a high degree of integrity in an automotive service shop, much less any business, ever. That is the #1 reason New Concept will continue to be my families Auto Service Tech's until we move or Paul retires! Paul, Phil, and the rest of the tech's are tops in my book, and I have a very small book. These guys will go above and beyond to correct the problem. If it's not a big deal, they'll tell you. It's Integrity. You can smell it when enter the waiting area, wait, that may be the gourmet coffee k-cups. Actually, it's both! Eric Yeomans and Family
