Once again, great service from Paul Rupp and the guys at New Concepts Auto. I have an older Ford Taurus. I know it’s a losing battle to try and keep it on the road but it’s in such great shape body wise that it makes sense to make the mechanical repairs required when needed. I knew my brakes were in trouble, but not sure what was wrong. Paul and crew spent a long time figuring out the problem. (Yes they charged for this evaluation, but as a business owner myself I don’t want guess work, I want to know exactly what is wrong before I shell out the big bucks for something.) After their evaluation they were able to tell me exactly what the issues were and gave me a detailed description of the costs. We then were able “together” to pick the repairs I could afford right now. No sales pressure, or you have to do this or that.If you want your car not only repaired right, but want to truly know what is wrong with it before you shell out the repair costs, trust the folks at New Concepts Auto. Had a short in my electrical system that was blowing a fuse on the jeep. Paul was able to track it down to a pinched wire done during the original construction of the jeep. Turned around in a day. Great work for a fair price.

I was very pleased with New Concept Auto.....I had a minor repair, stopped by with no appointment and was given excellent customer service, and my turn signal "bulb" was replaced. When someone pays great attention to the small items you can trust them to really handle the big ones, when they arise!!! Thank you Gentlemen!!!

Many shops seem to just do their "job" repairing your car. But Paul and his crew really care about You and how well your car can work for you!!! They showed me how my "delayed" oil changes were NOT helping my car's engine last a long life. They also prevented a potential accident by discovering cracks in my brake hose that the Dealer missed!!
