Without asking, they generated an extensive and expensive list of recommended repairs.The list included a lot of items for a total of more than $4000 which was a shock. My initial reaction was they were trying to push me to have work done on the car. Retrospectively it would’ve been better for them to have asked me if I would like the list or would I like to know what they believe is the next repair that’s needed.
