New Concept is one of the few repair companies in the Kansas City area that not only provides excellent service, they stand behind their warranty. You can trust them to treat you right, and their prices are reasonable. They are our first stop for any car repairs.

I had a check engine light on. I knew what needed to be replaced. They charged 45 for an unnecessary inspection and 75 to read the code. I felt both were unnecessary. I paid but will seek out another shop next time. I have had mechanics I trusted but they all seem to have retired.

All of the customer service was amazing; let me tell you MY experience. The atmosphere in the lobby was cozy, and they even had snacks/coffee for customers! The receptionist named Bill was SO corporative, he answered all my questions even when I was calling so profusely and I think for that he just deserve a raise. I needed a large amount of things done to my car, like a pulley and other major things. I dropped my car off on the 4th, and Bill had a price for me on the 8th and my car ready on the 10th!!! When i got there to pick up my car on the same day, the receptionist had given me three coupons for my next visit! And before i left, i can guarantee you i grabbed some snacks; because they’re not cheap! But nothing good is cheap, and nothing cheap is good. 👏🏾

Seems like good service for oil change. I was surprised my tires and windshield wiper fluid weren’t filled but I failed to notice it wasn’t included.

Friendly staff, nice waiting area, and great communication on status of service. And arranging for a ride home and back is appreciated and very helpful!

First visit with my 2018 Subaru. I am something of a technology dinosaur, YET…I was impressed with New Concept’s user friendly communications software from online scheduling to appointment reminders to timely diagnostic records and repair estimate. Direct, clear, time and energy efficient. When I contrast today’s experience to the dozens of times I’ve languished in dealership waiting rooms, visibly aging. Wow! No comparison. I’ll be back!

Went in for an oil change, ended up paying like 150 for an oil change. Today I went to change the oil myself on my vehicle and the oil drain plug was super tight and the oil filter cap was overtightened for sure even though Toyota recommends against it, I could not get it off with simple hang tools. Thank you guys.

Satisfied with the maintenance work done by Joe Bledsoe. He was knowledgeable and gave good explanations of the work.

I honestly didn’t even wanted to give one start they are out right terrible.. so here is what happened.. I took my car to them to check my RDX AC..My car was blowing hot air..and they inspected and hive me an estimate $2600.. and told my AC compressor and condenser has to be replaced and i have to travel to Denver so I told them i will bring it back once I am back.. they said they are going to charge me for EVAC and recharge, and said after replacing the compressor and condenser they wont charge for the Evac and recharge after the repair.. I ended up searching online find those parts for couple of hundred bucks and replaced then for 500 bucks all in all ended up paying $700 for total repair which they quoted me for $2600.. and after the repair is done i contacted them for the Evac and recharge they are saying well if you only had the repair done with us we should have done the evac and recharge at no cose after the repair but since you got the repair done outside we will charge $257 again for the evac and recharge.. thats not at all acceptable..
